At DBS, we make the sales process easy and seamless for you in order to ensure your building material purchasing experience is as stress-free as possible. Stressful situations always end up with unhappy clients, and when you’re unhappy you don’t appreciate what you have.

So, let’s outline all the processes you’ll go through when you think about working with us. Hopefully, these steps will set your mind at ease about certain procedures and will speed up your buyer’s journey.

1.     Firstly, you’ll need to request a quote (read all about how to do that here). The process here can be done in four ways; via a form on our website, sending a message on any of our social media pages, by visiting any of our offices throughout the country or giving us a call on any of our hotlines.

PS: If your woodwork or truss framework is not ready, you’ll have to provide us with your roof plan, sectional plan and last floor plan for an estimate to be generated for you.

2.     A proforma invoice will be generated for you after a day or two bearing the estimated amount for roofing your building.

3.     After you make payment at an authorized DBS outlet, it takes 3 working days for us to finish with production.

4.      After production, your goods will be delivered to you and installed.
