When the roofing system is weakened in this way, you’re more likely to see urgent issues like leaks, mould, and mildew.

Dehumidifiers: Using a dehumidifier in your attic space can prevent molds caused by condensation. And, minimising moisture will reduce the air’s heat capacity.
Preventative Maintenance: It is best to be proactive and have your roof checked after major weather events. That way, you’ll know issues early and save costly repairs down the line.
